     Hello! My name is Lauren Fields. I am a Senior at Maryville College and will be graduating in May 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and Learning. In addition to this degree, I am also will be licensed in Tennessee K-6 education. I am excited about my future in the teaching field.

     In my e-folio you will find my Portfolio At A Glance, a Reflective Portfolio, and Evidence within the Portfolio file. Within these different files, you will find my philosophy on teaching and teaching style. You will also find numerous lesson plans, reflections, and podcasts in the Portfolio. Within the Portfolio At A Glance you will find how my artifacts correlate to the TN standards for licensure. The Reflective Portfolio explains the TN standards and how I have met those standards. Attached to this e-folio is a management e-folio created to give you deeper insight into the stategies I believe are effective in managing both behavioral and non-behavioral issues within the classroom.
